recommend other salons play music to improve productivity and staff morale
say that silence makes a place unfriendly and unwelcoming
believe they can positively influence the behaviour of customers through playing music
agree that playing music increases the likelihood of customers returning
CONSUMER RESEARCH
of customers that visited hair salons said they would like to hear music and of that, 77% said a salon playing good music is more inviting.
This is great news for those salons already playing music, as it is proof of how music can help drive profits up in what is an increasingly competitive industry.
